Final Fargo Star recording sessions this week!

That’s right. We’ll be hosting our last two Fargo Star recording sessions this week, so if you’ve been waiting for the end to get it done, we’re at the end.

The first recording session will be from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday evening at The Forum. This one is for all ages, and you can sing to a karaoke backing track – as long as you bring an iPod or mp3 player containing the track. When you get to The Forum, call (701) 241-5518 and we’ll let you into the building.

Thursday night we’ll host our final Fargo Star session at Divas and Rockstars karaoke bar in West Fargo. Last week went well with a pack of very good singers singing a variety of tunes from Journey to Conway Twitty. We’ll be back from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. Thursday hoping to get another collection of singers.

If you can’t make either of these recording sessions you can still enter Fargo Star by uploading a video of you singing to YouTube and emailing the link to that clip to FargoStar@forumcomm.com. The deadline for video submission is Dec. 28.
